The first number of the monthly bulletin of the “Human Rights in the XXI century – Azerbaijan” Foundation has seen the light of the day. That is the first press organ of the “Human Rights in the XXI century – Azerbaijan” Foundation, contents of which has informative-educational character. Several theoretical articles related to the legal activities of the NGOs were reflected in this bulletin. The authors in their articles propose different ways and methods in organization and functioning of the NGOs related to human rights and finding points of contact and cooperation between them. Role analysis of NGOs in human rights protection has been given in this bulletin, and also several legal acts related to the registration and functioning of NGOs have been considered. The next issue of the bulletin will be dedicated to the women’s role in society and to the problems of their right’s protection.
