Posted by “Human Rights in the XXI Century – Azerbaijan” Foundation staff wishes to express their deepest condolences to the relatives and friends of the refugee victims in the northern Ossetian town of Beslan.
This terrorist attack has deeply shaken us and the whole Azerbaijan nation by its staggering cruelty and inanity. We want to state that no reasons or ends could ever serve to justify acts of terror committed against peaceful population, especially children. As representatives of the nation which has suffered from many kinds of state terrorism from the Republic of Armenia, we feel a profound sympathy and share the grief of the people of Russia.
Expressing the hope of the whole Azeri nation, we believe that the organizers of this inhuman attack will be found and punished by every severity of the law.
