During his visit to Azerbaijan US Vice President Richard Cheney noted that the US recognized Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and wanted the Nagorno Karabakh conflict to be solved within the international law, through the negotiations and on the principle of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity.
