The source told the newspaper that the agreement envisaged opening of borders, mutual trade and establishment of joint commission to investigate developments happened in 1915. The source says that Nagorno Karabakh conflict is not an important issue for normalization of Turkey-Armenia relations. The source added that an official Baku was regularly informed about the negotiations between Ankara and Yerevan.
