The project “Let’s Create Social Inclusion Opportunities for Young Orphans” was launched

The Foundation “Human Rights in the XXI Century-Azerbaijan” started to run a new project. The project entitled “Let’s Create Social Inclusion Opportunities for Young Orphans” is funded by the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe within ENTER! Access to Social Rights for young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods. The main aim of the project is to provide the young people from the orphanage with necessary tools to integrate into society and to help them to be responsible citizens and free individuals in the society.
Within the project, trainers’ team provide trainings on social rights such as, housing, health, education, employment, social protection, movement of persons, non-discrimination and render psychological support. The target group of the trainings is 20 young orphans who live in orphanage number 2 in Khazar district, Baku. The trainings follow the main principals of the non-formal education.
We hope that, the participants will adjust to a new life, social environment after leaving the orphanage school and they will contribute to democratic society as active citizens of the country as a result of the project.
