President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of Agstafa District.
Under the presidential order, two million manats were allocated from the President`s 2014 Reserve Fund to Agstafa Executive Authorities for construction of the 200-seat Children Music School and the complete overhaul of the 250-seat district Culture House.
