Presidential elections in Azerbaijan and formation of the mission to observe the elections were discussed at the meeting of the Bureau of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, PACE Secretariat told APA’s Europe bureau. PACE Bureau confirmed the preliminary composition of the observation mission. The head and composition of the mission will be publicized after the list is completely specified. Decision was made at the meeting to send a preliminary observation mission to Azerbaijan before the elections.
