Russian Co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Yuri Merzlyakov has today arrived in Baku, Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan told APA.
The American Co-chair Matthew Bryza is already in Baku. Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has already received him.
The Embassy of other co-chairing country France in Azerbaijan told APA that Bernard Fassier was expected to arrive in Baku in the evening.
Bernard Fassier told APA that all three co-chairs would meet with Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov. The co-chairs also plan to meet with President Ilham Aliyev. The co-chairs will leave for Yerevan tomorrow evening.
