The “Human Rights in XXI Century – Azerbaijan” Foundation’s president Enver Kafarli and lawyer Nazir Guliyev met on 16 September with the “Human Rights Development” Foundation’s Moscow-based president Khanlar Abulov. The two sides exchanged views on the problems existing for the Azeris living in Russia. Abulov informed about the activities of his Foundation affiliates in many cities of Russia and about the work done for boosting the human rights of the Azeris in Russia. Presodent of our Foundation Enver Kafarli presented Khanlar Abulov with information on the work of our organization and several copies of the Foundation’s monthly newspaper “Citizen and Society”. E.Kafarli also said that the newspaper would soon be circulated for the attention of our countrymen. The two organizations agreed upon cooperation.
