Posted by A training targeted at promoting the youth participation from local to international levels was held in the MNS holiday hotel from 28 September to 4 October 2004. The training was organized by the Council of Europe, Azerbaijan Ministry for Youth, Sports and Tourism, and the National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Azerbaijan Republic (NAYORA).
The leading trainers of the Council of Europe provided the participants with broad information about the European agencies, possibilities of cooperation with foreign NGOs and obtaining financial sponsorship from the Youth Directorate of the Council of Europe. The training also covered the urgent problems facing today’s youth of Azerbaijan and dealt with the possible ways of their resolving. Among the 40 participants of NGOs from Azerbaijan and other European countries, our Foundation was represented by lawyer Rafig Ismaylov. He was awarded a trainer’s certificate upon the completion of the course.
