Air Forces and the Aircraft Defense Forces continues its activity as previously, Lieutenant Colonel Eldar Sabiroglu, spokesman for Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told APA.
Asked who will take the post of murdered Rail Rzayev, Commander-in-Chief of the Air Forces and the Aircraft Defense Forces, Sabiroglu noted that there was no need for any anxiety and the service was continued as usual. He stressed that the country’s air frontiers were defended reliably as it was before.
Rail Rzayev was shot on February 11.
