President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the approval of the memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the governments of Azerbaijan and Moscow, APA reports.
According to the order, the Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to take measures to fulfill the provisions of the memorandum signed in Baku on September 25.
Under another order of the Head of State, the memorandum of cooperation signed among Azerbaijan, Central Asia and Arab League countries was also approved. The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to take necessary measures to fulfill the provisions of the memorandum signed in Riyadh on May 13.
President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on the approval of the memorandum on cooperation in the field of improvement of civil services signed between the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and State Personnel Service of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was instructed to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the memorandum signed in Baku on September 11. Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to inform the government of the Kyrgyz Republic about the completion of the internal procedures that are important for the memorandum’s entry into force.
Under another order of the Head of State, the memorandum of understanding on consultations between the Foreign Ministries of Azerbaijan and Palestine was approved. According to the order, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs was instructed to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the memorandum signed in Baku on October 11.
President Ilham Aliyev signed orders on the approval of the agreements on cooperation in the filed of veterinary between the Azerbaijani and Latvian Ministries of Agriculture, agreement on political consultations between Azerbaijan’s and Bolivia’s Ministries of Foreign Affairs, establishment of the Azerbaijani Fair-Trade Centre at All-Russian Exhibition Center in Moscow between the governments of Azerbaijan and Russia.
