Azerbaijan has handed over the chairmanship of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers to Belgium at today’s meeting in Strasbourg, APA reports.
Making a speech at the meeting, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov presented a report on the work done by Azerbaijan during its 6-month chairmanship.
