Anne Derse: “The Government of Azerbaijan should be well-informed about the negotiations over Gabala radar station in any case”

“A missile defense agreement we have signed with Czech Republic should be ratified. We are very pleased with signing of this agreement”, Anne Derse, US Ambassador to Azerbaijan told journalists, APA reports. She said the United States advocated for the expanded and many-branched missile defense system.

“US, NATO and Russia have to conduct negotiations just within this format. We look forward to develop our activity just toward establishment of this framework. We can review the issue of Gabala radar station in this context. This radar station belongs to Azerbaijan and therefore the Government of Azerbaijan should be well-informed about the negotiations over this facility in any case”.
