The Hague International Court began hearing on Georgia’s claim against Russia. Georgia accuses Russia in violation of International Convention on Refusal of Racial Discrimination, APA reports.
Georgia, basing on 22nd article of the Convention, demands International Court to force Russia to fulfill its obligations. The Court should determine its authority to accept this appeal or not. The hearing will last for three days.
