Second stage of master’s degree examination to be held in Baku, Ganja and Nakhchivan on May 25

The State Students Admission Commission will hold the second stage of the entrance examination for master’s degree program on 2014/15 academic year in Baku, Ganja and Nakhchivan on May 25.

 

Chairperson of the SSAC Maleyka Abbaszadeh said at today’s press conference that the program selection for bachelors who successfully passed the first stage of the entrance examination was held from May 1 to 8, APA reports.

 

10,159 bachelors selected and confirmed the admission program. 8,900 of them will take an examination on the Azerbaijani sector and 1,259 on the Russian sector. 4,269 of the bachelors are boys and 5,890 are girls. 6,101 are the current year’s graduates, and 4,058 are the previous year’s graduates. 8,957 will take an examination in Baku, 249 in Nakhchivan, and 953 in Ganja. Baku has allocated 13 examination centers, Nakhchivan 1, and Ganja 2.

 

The examination will start on May 25 at 1:00 pm, and an hour and half to the applicants for answering the exam questions.

 

In the second stage, bachelors will be presented 50 tests including 5 open type tests (bachelors will take a written examination on some programs). Each correct answer will bring 1 point, and incorrect answers will not affect the result of correct ones.

 

Examination results will be posted on www.tqdk.gov.az

 

The second stage of the entrance exams for master’s degree program will be held on May 25, program selection on May 1-5, selection of specialties from May 29 to June 1.
