Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding President of the European Olympic Committees Patrick Hickey with Sharaf (Honor) Order, Azerbaijani Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov told APA on June 17.
“The European Games are taking place with his support. Thanks to Patrick Hickey, Europe is living these exciting moments. Furthermore, today he completes the age 70,” said Azad Rahimov.
The minister congratulated Patrick Hickey on his birthday.
