Special representative of the European Union for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby is visiting Baku.
APA reports that Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will receive Peter Semneby, besides the special representative will have various meetings.
The aim of the visit is to learn the pre-election situation in Azerbaijan.
