The incident occurred during OSCE’s monitoring in the line of contact of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops will be discussed at the meeting of OSCE Permanent Council on March 5, Russian co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Yuri Merzlyakov said, APA reports quoting Novosti-Armenia.
He said they wished the proposals of Greece, which is chairing OSCE, to be accepted. But Merzlyakov did not say what the proposals were.
Ceasefire was violated during the monitoring in the line of contact on February 26.
