No incident occurred during the monitoring conducted on the contact line of troops near Ashaghi Veysalli village of Fuzuli on October 9, under the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, APA reports quoting the Defense Ministry’s website.
On the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring was conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and his field assistants Evgeny Sharov and Peter Svedberg. The opposite side of the contact line was monitored by field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Hristo Hristov and Jiri Aberle.
