New head of State Labor Inspectorate appointed in Azerbaijan

Current deputy head of the State Labor Inspectorate (SLI) Fuad Alizade was appointed as the new head of the State Labor Inspectorate under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Azerbaijan, the ministry reported on March 14.

The report notes that Alizade was born March 26, 1980, graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, the Faculty of Pedagogy Theory and History of the Nakhchivan State University, and Faculty of financial and credit of Azerbaijan State Economic University. He served in the army in 2000-2001.

He worked as a consultant, senior consultant in the department of work with civil society organizations and political parties of Baku`s Yasamal district executive power in 2001-2005, a senior consultant in the department of International Relations and Strategic Studies of the State Social Protection Fund in April-June 2005, he led the audit sector in the department for work with the legal entities of SSPF on Baku in 2005-2013 , and as the deputy head of the State Service of the Ministry of Labour Inspection from November 2013 and up to date.

In accordance with the decree of Azerbaijan presidential decree on October 8, 2012, Alizade awarded with a medal ‘For distinguished service in the state service”

The new head of the State Labor Inspectorate is fluent in both Russian and English. He is married and has two children.
