NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai will visit Azerbaijan early next year, Appathurai told APA.
During the visit, the delegation will meet with the leadership of Azerbaijan and the sides will discuss the expansion of bilateral relations.
