The President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, MP Mehriban Aliyeva has submitted a draft law on Amnesty to the Parliament.
The Parliament said that the draft law would be on the agenda of the meetings to be held on March 13 or 17. The draft law envisages releasing convicted prisoners and reducing the prison sentences.
The newspaper “Yeni Musavat” first provided the news.
