The Embassy of Italy is pleased to inform that the 29th of January 2015 will enter into force the new Visa Information System, a system that will enable states part of Schengen treaty sharing information regarding entry visa, the embassy told APA.
The Embassy told APA that those who will submit application for the first time are obliged to present themselves personally. In this occasion will be collected their biometrical data: a photograph and the fingerprints. Children under 12 years and people for whom is physically impossible are exempted from collecting fingerprints.
