“The situation over the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict remained unchanged in September”, says the report of the International Crisis Group, APA reports.
The report says that the situation over the conflicts deteriorated in ten regions last month, while the situation became better in two conflict regions. The authors of the report especially note that the relations between Turkey and Armenia began to improve last month. The Azerbaijan-related part of the report particularly notes the start of the election campaign and the visit of the U.S. Vice President Richard Cheney to Azerbaijan.
