“US does not recognize the OSCE as an organization”, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE, Andrey Kelin said in the video-bring held in Rossiya Segodnya agency.
He noted that if the OSCE employees appeal for US visa, it’s possible that the US does not issue a visa to the OSCE employees: “Because, the OSCE is not recognized as an organization in Washington. Of course, this is a disgrace”.
Kelin said the OSCE has not any regulations or constitution as an organization.
