“Azerbaijan’s intellectual elite assembled at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). Azerbaijan as an independent state conducts a successful policy. “Our country is developing. This development is reflected in all directions. The President noted that particular importance is the development of agricultural science and its coordination with economic development.
