The next meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers will be held in Krakow, Poland on May 17-18, APA reports.
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told journalists that he shares Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov’s views on the lack of progress in the negotiations, the status quo is inadmissible.
“I agree with Lavrov. First we started Prague talks, later in 2007 appeared Madrid principles. The presidents’ meetings have begun since 2009. After that updated Madrid principles were offered. But these talks have not produced results yet. Currently we are on the stage of stagnation,” he said.
