“Principles of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are ready, there is a need for working on a peace agreement,” said Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, APA reports.
The Minister said that Azerbaijan had expressed its position: “The French President also urged the parties to work on a peace agreement. We agree and are ready for it. However, Armenia should firstly withdraw its troops from the occupied territories.”
