The Executive Power of Baku City: “Entrepreneurs transferred to the shopping centers, will not be charged within 3 months”
“All structures of the Executive Power of Baku City involved in the demolishing shopping facilities in the Baku metro”, – spokesman for the Trade and Services Department of the Baku City Executive Power Aliabbas Bagirov said in an interview with APA.
“In connection with the dismantling of these objects has a disposal of the head of the Baku City Executive Power Hajibala Abutalibov. All structures of Baku City involve to this work”, – he said.
According to him, in the specified order, all the objects in the entrance-exit of Baku Metro will be dismantled by March 28: “According to the agreement reached at the meeting between Hajibala Abutalibov and legal entities and individuals operating in the Baku Metro employment of these entrepreneurs and moving them to other shopping facilities will be resolved at the state level. These entrepreneurs allocated space in shopping centers such as “Amay”, “Yeni Guneshli” markets “Keshla bazar”, “Yashyl Bazar”, “Sharg bazari”. Entrepreneurs transferred to specified objects, will not be charged stamp duty within 3 months. The duties will be paid by the heads of these centers.”
Note that 185 corner shops will be demolished in Nariman Narimanov station, 186 in Neftchiler, 109 in Koroglu, 94 in Gara Garayev, 93 in Ahmadli, 96 in Khalglar Dostlugu, 88 in Inshaatchilar.
Totally, 1194 corner shops will be demolished.
