Chief of the Azerbaijan State Migration Service Firudin Nabiyev has visited a memorial to victims of Khojaly genocide in the Hague.
Accompanied by a large delegation, Nabiyev put flowers at the monument.
Speakers at the commemorative ceremony said described the atrocities committed by the Armenians in Khojaly late last century as a crime against not only Azerbaijan, but the entire humanity. They praised what had been done to increase the international community`s awareness about the tragedy under “Justice for Khojaly” campaign.
Azerbaijani ambassador to the Netherlands Mirhamza Afandiyev was among the participants of the commemorative ceremony.
