In addition, a lot of civilians and their houses are fired continuously and it causes material damage to them. I would like to know your opinion on this issue. At the same time, hundreds of thousands of Azerbaijani IDPs, who for more than 20 years, can not return to their homes, are awaiting support from you, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, on realization of the resolution # 1416. Why does not the CE make decisive steps on realization of the resolution adopted 9 years ago? Does this issue bother you as a chairman?

I know that the OSCE Minsk Group continues its work and at this stage the next meeting of the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia is being prepared. The Foreign Ministers of two countries are in constant contact and we are always ready to organize these meetings in Vienna and to contribute to the peaceful solution of this conflict.
