The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is willing to attend the elections to be held in Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov has said of the results of the visit of the OSCE ODIHR needs assessment mission, who are on a visit to Baku.
According to Panahov, the Azerbaijani side is likely to welcome this proposal.
