The campaign for the early parliamentary elections has officially started in Ukraine. APA reports though the campaign has officially started, it is still questionable how the campaign will be financed.
Central Election Commission stated that holding the elections required 417. 5 million hryvna, but the government refuses to allocate the money. Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko told Yulia Tymoshenko in his letter that the Cabinet of Ministers was obliged to allocate funds for the early elections.
Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said dissolution of the parliament and early parliamentary elections contradicted the Constitution.
