The process of transforming “Aztelekom” Production Union, Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA) and all other fixed-line telecommunications companies into Open Joint Stock Company is expected to be completed by the end of the year or the first quarter of the next year, said Minister of Communications and High Technologies Ali Abbasov, APA-Economics reports.
The minister said at present, audits and discussions are underway in all fixed-line telecommunications companies.
“A consulting company is expected to be selected in the near future,” Abbasov said.
