Azerbaijan’s budget package for 2016 has been submitted to the Parliament.
The Parliament told APA that the budget package will soon be discussed first in the joint meetings of the Economic Policy Committee with other committees, and then if recommended in the plenary session.
The budget package will be distributed among MPs early next week, then put up for discussion till the parliamentary elections.
The budget package includes the laws “On the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2016”, “On the poverty line in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2016”, “On the subsistence level in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2016”, “On the budget of the State Social Protection Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2016”, as well as expenditure estimates of the Azerbaijani Parliament and the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2016.
