President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited Lenkaran District on September 5, as a part of his visit to the southern regions.
APA reports that the Head of State put flowers at the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Memorial Park.
Head of the Executive Power Taleh Garashov informed President Ilham Aliyev about the reconstruction of Heydar Aliyev’s Memorial Park.
It was noted that the construction work in the park with total area of 27 thousand 500 square meters, began in September 2012 and completed in May 2013.
Around the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in Memorial Park stacked granite slabs.
The lighting system of park is also fully upgraded, three fountains repaired.
