President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received former President of Romania Emil Constantinescu.

The parties expressed satisfaction with overall development of Azerbaijan-Romania relations, and underlined the importance of the 2nd Global Shared Societies Forum to be held in Baku.
