President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to establish awards for Azerbaijani athletes and their coaches for best results at the first European Games to be held in Baku.
The amount of awards for athletes and their coaches for the best results was defined as below:
– AZN 100,000 for each first place winner, AZN 50,000 for personal coach
– AZN 50,000 for each second place winner, AZN 25,000 for personal coach
– AZN 30,000 for each third place winner, AZN 15,000 for personal coach
– amount for head coaches of national teams that is same with the amount for personal coach of athlete with the highest results
The amount of awards for team members (the staff) and coaches (head coach and assistant head coach) in team sports is defined as below:
– AZN 30,000 for each member of first place winner team; AZN 15,000 for each coach
– AZN 20,000 for each member of second place winner team; AZN 10,000 for each coach
– AZN 10,000 for each member of third place winner team; AZN 5,000 for each coach
