Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order approving the order dated 3 April 2015 on amendments to the law on “military duty and military service”.
According to the order, in the article 42.0.5 of the law on “military duty and military service”, the phrase “in the case of loss of nationality” is replaced by the phrase “in the case of deprivation of nationality”.
The Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Justice are to fulfill related tasks.
