Brazil hosted political consultations between Azerbaijani and Brazilian Foreign Ministries.
Azerbaijani side was represented at the meeting by Yashar Aliyev, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s ambassador at large missions, the ministry told Trend on March 28.
During the consultations the parties discussed bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Brazil.
Yashar Aliyev also met with Secretary General of Brazilian Foreign Ministry, Eduardo dos Santos.
Along with this, meetings were also held with members of the National Congress of Brazil, including the chairman of the Brazilian-Azerbaijani Friendship Group, Claudio Cajado Sampaio.
