The Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers plan to meet as a part of the upcoming meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Moscow on April 4.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will leave for Moscow to attend the meeting, APA reports.
The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group announced on March 28 that Elmar Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandian would meet in Russia’s capital in early April in preparation for a meeting of the Presidents.
The meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers will consider about 20 documents covering cooperation between the CIS states in various spheres, the fulfillment of the multilevel consultative plan in 2013 within CIS, this year’s plan, the return of minors to their countries of residence and other issues.
