Azerbaijani Ambassador to Serbia Eldar Hasanov discussed various aspects of political and economic relations between the two countries as he met the Serbian Prime Minster Aleksandar Vučić.
The Serbian Premier praised the work of companies carrying out important projects in Serbia. The Prime Minister expressed hope that this activity will continue in the years ahead.
Inviting Serbia’s Prime Minister to visit Azerbaijan, Eldar Hasanov stressed the country’s importance in ensuring peace and stability in the Balkans.
During the meeting, the sides expressed importance of the Azerbaijani companies involved in new infrastructure projects in Serbia, implementation of joint activities in agricultural and other sectors.
The sides also agreed to hold a business forum with the participation of both countries’ companies and exchanged views on Serbia’s chairmanship of the OSCE from January 2015.
