The execution of the pardon order in Azerbaijan has been completed.
Those who were pardoned by the president have already been released from Baku Detention Facility, investigative isolator and correctional facilities #2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 13, and 14, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on pardon of 84 people Oct.17. Some 3 former members of the NIDA movement – Shahin Novruzlu, Elsever Mursalli and Bakhtiyar Guliyev and human rights activist Hasan Guseynli are also among those pardoned.
