Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 728 times on the various parts of the frontline in May.
According to the results of the APA’s monitoring based on the reports confirmed by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, Armenia’s provocations were prevented and the opposing side was silenced by retaliatory fire.
The highest number of ceasefire violations in May was recorded in the Aghdam part of the frontline, with a total of 204 times, followed by Fuzuli (151).
The ceasefire was violated 87 times in Terter, 53 times in Jabrayil, and 44 times in Khojavand.
The Armenian Army violated ceasefire 67 times in Goranboy, 54 times in Tovuz, 34 times in Gadabay, 23 times in Gazakh, 3 times in Aghstafa, and twice in Goygol district.
Last month, an enemy soldier died of disease, while another was killed on duty.
The Azerbaijani Army suffered no losses.
