Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev is paying a visit to Armenia.
APA reports that the aim of the visit is to attend the 3rd informal meeting of the foreign ministers of the Eastern Partnership states in Yerevan on September 12-13.
Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the European Union Fuad Iskandarov will also attend the meeting. This meeting will be the last preparatory meeting before the summit of the Eastern Partnership in Vilnius in November.
