“The declaration signed by the presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia in Moscow is a road map containing all possible alternatives for the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict”, Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasiliy Istratov told journalists, APA reports.
Speaking about the Armenia’s statements on involving of Nagorno Karabakh Armenian community in the settlement process, the diplomat said there was no signature of Nagorno Karabakh representatives under the Declaration. “The document does not show that Nagorno Karabakh has a right of participation in the settlement process”.
