President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended dinner hosted on behalf of President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Anne Brasseur on the occasion of the beginning of the 2014 Summer Session of PACE in Strasbourg.
