“It’s time to recommit to the ceasefire and a negotiation leading to a peace agreement,” U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick, who is on a visit to Armenia, wrote on his Twitter page.
Warlick and other Minsk Group co-chairs will visit Baku to attend the opening ceremony of the first European Games.
