Submission of applications to the State Program on education of Azerbaijani youth abroad in 2007-2015 for the academic year 2015-2016 has today started.
Submission of documents will be done with an online application (http://xaricdetehsil.edu.gov.az) from April 15 to July 15, the Education Ministry told APA.
The deadline for the process is 15 July 23:59 PM. To be eligible for the competition, one can visit the Education Ministry or simply submit their documents online, without the need to send them to the ministry via mail. On the bachelor degree the State Program scholarship can be granted to Azerbaijani citizens under 29 years of age, while on master, PhD and residency, the upper limit of age is 35.
Candidates applying for post-bachelor education on the first priority specialties will a have higher chance of succeeding.
Any candidate applying for study in the Republic of Turkey also has to fill out and confirm their online application by June 15.
Considering the deadline is July 15, the candidates that will participate in SSAC bachelor examinations (14-25 July 2015) will only be eligible for the competition if they confirm their online application before the deadline and have scored above 550 (on technical specialties) or 600 (on other specialties) on the examinations and add onto their online application a certificate confirming this score by August 1.
Due to the 1 April amendments to the health legislation of Germany, only students who have successfully passed the approbation examination in Germany and signed a working agreement (arbeitsvertag) with university clinics can submit their documents to be eligible to receive residency education in this country under the State Program.
